Whole-house renovation, rear addition and kitchen design
A complete design set for a two-story, five-bedroom house — a 51-foot main mass with a 22-foot garage wing, rising 30 feet to the ridge. The ground floor is planned as one connected kitchen, dining and living space; upstairs, five bedrooms open onto a covered deck. The set carries the scheme through a new front elevation, a rear elevation with covered deck, pergola and pool terrace, and a full kitchen study in plan, elevation and 3D.
